7 Habits to Get Success

Habits create your future no matter that is good habit or bad habit. A good habit gives you a bright future and a bad habit gives you a painful future. You decide what habit you are going to develop and your habit guides you to the future. I know and you also know that habits are precious and everyday you are going through a habit routine and those daily habits decide what you become tomorrow. In this article I am going to give 7 habit tips to get success in life and live a better days in future.



Wake up at the Same Time

This is very important and no matter at what time you go to bed, remember and always wake up at the same time everyday. If you wake up at 5 then wake up at 5, or if you wake up at 6 then wake up at 6. Set your alarm and let it work for you and once you hear the alarm just wake up and get up from bed. Do not hesitate, and if you do hesitate and think its only for today then you will fail for sure. Once you set up your wake up habit at the same time you will automatically will go to bed early and your subconscious mind will push you to do that. Waking up early everyday at the same time not only keeps you sound but you also earn few hours than other people who don't do the same like you.


Small to-do List

Most people do mistake in this step and when they get inspired they make a big to do list and fail to accomplish all of them. And the worrying thing starts and tension grows in mind that there are still few things to get it done. It is very strong and helpful to keep your to do list small and very possible to accomplish on daily basis. It helps you to stay focused and give your more energy to get the job done. Keep your to do list as small as you can and hit each and every of them. Do not confuse yourself by making a huge or big to do list and make it simple and doable.



Work Out

Do not forget to work out on daily basis that it is in the morning or in the evening. Make your time same each day and do it properly when you work out. Stay active while you do work out and burn until you finish. This habit keeps your body sound and refresh your mind and helps to stress off.

I know it is not easy and sometimes the weather may not help but you can do it if you want. You have a place so no matter what the weather is or how tired you are, keep moving and give your body a punch. Do not go off for 3 days straight and if you do, it will change your whole plan and make you lazy which literally will help you to live a tomorrow world instead of right now world. Tomorrow world mean the procrastination that you are making and delaying with an excuse. When you are tired, do simple work out that doesn't need more energy.



Work on Skills

Trying a new thing is always good and you can learn something new for sure. But do not always focus on new things and try to improve your existing skill instead. There are much more you need to do to improve your existing skill and master it first before go for the next. Your skill is your tool to make more money and live a better life.

Do not ever think enough for your skills and improve them on daily basis to shine your future. Add more to get more and work on it to improve everyday. If you are not sure about your skill then find out what you are good at and involve yourself in your activities, keep using them. If you do not know how to improve them, watch videos on related topics, read books and learn form experts.



Read and Learn

Reading is a powerful habit and you get to know more when you read. I always emphasize on reading in my blog posts and you may already know this if you are going through my blog posts regularly. But only reading is not everything if you do not learn anything from it. You

must set a reading goal to learn and to do this you must set a learning base reading goal. Do not read too much if you can't take it anymore and read 10 pages daily. If it feels better to read then read more but never cross the line which means read till you can or concentrate.

Most importantly, when you read book find a quiet place or do it everyday in the morning when everything is calm and your mind is fresh. And also when setting reading goals do not list up books that is not related to your skill or against of your will. List all related books that you want to become and keep reading them and learn from it and the best thing is to blog. When you start blogging you are not limiting your learning within you but giving a chance to others too to get to know about it. It keeps you accountable for your goals.


Get Outside

It is very important to refresh mind. If you always stay inside home you become bore and slowly you addict to watching TV or sleeping unhealthy. Go outside and spend some moments with nature that will give you some good vibes to think and feel better of yourself. To get self-motivation it is important to spend time outside alone. Once I have read this that when you spend time alone the most creative ideas born.

You do not need to spend hours outside but some meaningful time that could be only for 30 minutes or less or an hour max which will give you more precious moments to get to know yourself and stay away of some social disturbance. When you get outside alone give the best moment for yourself and remove all noises from your head.


Eat & Drink Healthy

Try to eat homemade foods at least 5 days a week. Or try this 7 days a week which will boost your food habit to control your body and mind as well. Eat more vegetables and fruits and try to avoid meats from your daily dish. Instead of drinking coffee drink more water and if its possible drink lemon water or cucumber water. Try to consume less sugar also and drink more green tea instead of sugary coffee.

I myself have been trying this for few months and it really works to reduce health issues. I am still overweighted and this habit is helping me out to reduce my weight slowly. And I believe in next months I will get back my dram weight and I have already started feeling better about this.
