Everybody lives their busy and hectic life and likely everyone wants to change their lives towards something different. Different like in convenient ways, become more comfortable, financially abundant, and flexible and relaxing with anything. However, life becomes tougher as days go by facing the reality. Still people try to get used with everything on daily struggles. Perhaps the biggest question everybody ask themselves that, "How do I change my life?" You get stuck in there or fail to find the answer. However, the most important thing we all forget during this thinking process is, "Change". Yes we all are in the process of change and what matter the most is how you control this change and what do you expect in the future by changing yourself. Change can come into our lives as a result of crisis, choice, or chance. In any situation, we are all faced with having to make a choice, and do we make the change or not?

Dream Board
Like everybody else you may have a long list of dreams that you are creating from the childhood. You expect that all your dreams come true, but in reality it is hard and not possible to make your all dreams come true. However, you can make some of them to happen and it is very possible. If you make a dream board I am sure your list will be really long, but I want you to make it shorter. Just create 10 short lists of your dreams that you have been dreaming for the life time and make it visible somewhere that you can see it everyday. If you are using your digital dream board set an alarm or notifications every single day in the morning and before bed. Keep yourself aware of your dreams that you can work on it every day.
Set Realistic Goals
Now you have a dream board and it's the time to set goals to achieve them. This is where most people make mistakes and they happen to give up on everything just in couple of weeks or months most of the time. Do not set multiple goals at a time and if you do it will cost you too much energy and time, and you cannot control them either. Instead, set only one goal at one time and work on it smartly. A single goal will have a multi process to work on to achieve it and keep your focus stable.
Build a Right Now Habit
This is most important thing you need to change in your life if you are only dreaming of and not taking any actions. You will never be able to change your life until you change something you do daily. And surprisingly, the secret of your success is found in your daily routine. If you have a lazy daily routine and do them just because you need to do for living, make a change and create a new one. Manage your time and create a to do list and hit them accordingly. Remember, your habits are creating your future.
Find a Productive Way to Reduce Stress
Stress is very common and we all get this at work, office, with friends, and even with ourselves. Most of the time we fail to relief from it and make our life even worse. If you find listening music reduces your stress do that whenever you get sometime. Try to reduce amount of drinking coffee or alcohol. Most people make a mistake here too and they think if drinking alcohol helps them to relief stress, but literally it doesn't and instead it increases the amount of anxiety and anger.
Finish Something That You Have Started
Do not quit anything in the middle whatever it is you have started. You only start a thing when you know that something great is going to happen. So, no matter what it is when you hit the start button, finish them. Even if you do not get expect result it will help you to learn the process and bring some ideas for sure. Never give up in the middle.
Do Something That Scares You
When you do something that is really scary, eventually you will get the courage from it even to do scarier things. Find out what makes you scare. Are you scared of selling something online? Are you scared of talking in public or make a speech in front of an audience? Are you scared to travel alone? Whatever it is, just give a try and do it more often. I bet, it will increase your confidence level and make you what you want to be.
Adopt a Positive Attitude
If you are having a negative mindset or attitude and scared of everything you face, you need to change the attitude. It does not happen just in a day and you must practice it every single days. Try it slowly and one day you will be able to adopt this habit fully. A positive attitude is a perspective of seeing things as they are and accept them. If something bad happens, do not panic and try to find the right reason why that happened and how it happened. It does not mean that the universe is against you.
Take a Full Responsibility
Whatever you do, do it with full responsibility. When you start working on something whether that is for yourself of someone else, take the 100% of responsibility. Do not blame on others or things if anything goes wrong and even do not curse your luck.
Make Time for Yourself
Try to aside a day at least once a week to take care of yourself. Do not stress on anything but do things that you love to. Relax your body and mind and put all your emergencies aside that your work do not bother you at all. Just make sure you are doing something you enjoy and this is important to lower your stress level and boost your creativity.
To change your future is a choice you need to make. If you do not choose to be changed, it won't change anything for you. You must need to eliminate things, people, and your bad habits that are the biggest hindrances if you want to change your future.
