There are a lot of us who were inspired by the people around us during our childhood. A lot of advice we received from the grown up people who already experienced life and the society. A lot of us think that it is selfish. We are afraid of what people might think of us and bother ourselves thinking that it is damn selfish. You never prioritize yourself that you are a person as well and you need the most care to be healthy. Take your mental and physical care first.

If you want to help others financially, you must be financially stable first. You cannot help others by lending some money, or help to grow their business by supporting them financially unless you are stable enough and know how money works. Do not try to help others financially when you are broke yourself.

Do not speak to yourself that does not help you grow or that is not realistic. It is simple and if you cannot accept things, don’t inspire other people as well. Take the best for yourself so you can advice the best to others.
Get yourself in a good mindset before dealing with other people
In real life, just do not try to win every argument. If anything goes against you in any conversation, and it doesn’t feel good, just stop proving yourself right. Stop bringing excuses or logic to prove your idea or words are right. Train your mind to be calm and cool in any situation so you do not feel disturbed by others ' arrogance.
Build up a ‘Me First’ attitude
Nothing gets right if you are not in the right mood. Pay yourself before you pay to others. Educate yourself before you try to give some lessons to others. If you start any business, know that you can pay yourself enough and then find other people who can help you to grow your business. When your business grows, you literally do not pay anything, people who assist you will pay themselves. Give the best care of yourself in any situation, for everything.
