How to become the best version of yourself

Are you satisfied with the life you are living now? Are you happy with what are you doing now or do you really appreciate yourself for what you have become now? Have you ever thought you can do better than this and go far better than you think? May be you did or may be you did and thought it ain't possible or you are not capable of. Why? Because things are against of you and you do not have enough resources or you do not have someone to guide you or you literally do not have anyone to follow. Well, if you are thinking this than you are in the right track. Just you need to find out things to fix, habit to change, to improve your skills. The question is, how to become the best version of yourself?



Stop seeking perfection

And if you are always seeking for perfection in anything, within yourself, stop doing that. It literally does not work that way. You can't seek perfection from the beginning, most importantly, you must start first rather than seeking for a perfection. Know first, give a start, learn and do it again and again and again. Perfection does not come by itself and perseverance is must required. Once you master this habit you never will seek for the perfection but will give a start instead and learn the process to get things done.

Once you seek perfection in every aspects of life you will be overwhelmed by the pressure to be so god damn perfect and successful all the time which literally does not happen. You will know it did not happen and feel embarrassed and small which will lead you towards depression and anxiety. Instead, build a just let it go habit which will create less pressure by training your mind 'it does not matter' and it is happened because it has to and it is pointless to expect perfection. Train your mind to be okay with not to be perfect and learn from the failure and failure is a wonderful thing that teaches us valuable lessons.



Learn from the mistakes

Do not give up, instead learn from the mistakes you make. Find the ways why it did not work. Ask yourself questions why this went wrong and try to fix them with the right one not with the

wrongs. Change the process if it does not work and try differently. One mistake gives you a valuable lesson that can change your whole life. Sometimes a mistake can lead you towards the result you are expecting.

If you give up in the middle of the process because of a small mistake the process will end right there and nothing will happen. Now the question is how do you learn from the mistake? Well it is very simple;

  • Acknowledge your errors

  • Ask yourself questions why this happened

  • Do not think you know everything

  • Never blame people of things for the wrong results

  • You probably not as awesome as you think

  • Doing hard thing gives you more pleasure

  • Recognize the mistake first and work to fix it

  • Apply what you have learned


Do not live in the past

Most important one. Your past won't change anything but give you a bunch of painful memories. Just let it go, and I know it is hard, but just let it go. Try from today, right now and give your best in the present. What you decide now and do now will create your future. Not what you did yesterday. What you did yesterday is already done and it already boosted that much you put your effort. Give the 1% more today and shine your future.

The hardship of the past, the painful memory of the past will drain your brain and bleed your heart constantly if you live in the past. Learn a lesson from the past but do not dwell in the past. Focus on the present and improve yourself constantly by focusing on today.




Learn one new thing a day

Do not waste your time. I know you are tired and you have a lot of things to do. But hey, you still have time and you are watching TV or playing games, or going to meet a friend in a coffee shop. it does not matter but learn a new thing no matter how busy you are. Stay productive and try to learn a new thing everyday.

You can learn it from the people by talking to them. You can learn it by reading a book or you can learn it by watching educational videos on youtube. Do not waste your time just by watching random TV Programs, prank videos on youtube, or playing games or spending useless times with friends with benefits. Use your day productively and stay connected to your brain.


Practice gratitude

Be grateful for what you are now and what you are becoming. Practice it in daily basis. Thank everyone and everything that you are alive today. For the food you eat, for the people you meet and stay with today. Be thankful to things as well that give you constant pleasure and wellness. To practice gratitude keep a journal and make a note every single day that you are grateful for.
