How to stepping out of your comfort zone



When you are comfortable you don't grow because you already feel complete. Your comfort zone never tests your possibility. Your comfort zone is a place where you do not need to do something new different. You are comfortable means you are not daring your life to live in a new way. Do you want to get away of your comfort zone? Breaking out your comfort zone gives you more opportunity in your life. Don't let uncertainty prevent you from doing what you truly want. Attack your fears and push the boundaries of what make you feel comfortable.

Today, in this article we are going to give some tips to step out of comfort zone.


Face Your Fear

Do not run away from it and face it bravely. If you do not face fear you are literally deciding to stay in your comfort zone. You comfort zone does not help you to face fear at all. You cannot win a battle just by staying at home or in the boundary that you even do not need to raise your sword. You must get out of your boundary and fight your enemy to safe your territory. Make Your First Move

Which literally will help you to stepping out of your comfort zone. You must make your first move and every single baby step is a great way to stop anxiety. Remember, you are not trying to have an overnight success but pushing yourself towards it by making a small move and to disappear un-known fear. You will never know how it feels before climbing a mountain, to make it happen you must need to start climbing a mountain.



Keep Expending Your Boundary

Your boundary is your comfort zone and you know that you feel safe when you stay inside the circle. For an instance, when you've gotten a job now you think you are damn safe and secured. It feeds you, pay the rent, medical insurances, utilities, and pleasure. You don't feel you need to do more and think that life will pass by just like this. But hey, let's think like this, what if you lose your job tomorrow or next week or within a month. Now, you're feeling uncomfortable because you do not know what is going to happen and you even do not have a plan for this uncertainty. Do a side hustle, make an alternate job and expend your boundary and that's how you grow and step out of your comfort zone, and your new un-comfort zone becomes your comfort zone. Create more of it and keep expending them.



See Failure as a Teacher

Who doesn't fear failure? Most of us do and 99% of us give up on things once we fail and we never want to take that challenge for the second time. Failing on something makes us uncomfortable and feel disrespect, however, begin to treat failure as a teacher. What did you learn form the experience? How can you take that lesson to your next adventure to increase your chance of success. Remember, every failure creates more chances of success rate and you must learn a valuable experience to create more opportunities from a failure.



Keep Challenging with Your Life

It is always scary to step out of comfort zone, but you need to keep challenging yourself. But as I said, you do not need to jump right out of your comfort zone at once. You can take bay steps gradually and as you slowly push past your comfort zone, you will feel more and more at ease about the new stuff which seemed too dangerous to you at the beginning.
