Procrastination doesn't mean cancelation

We are all scared about something. Basically most of us scared to start something new. It happens because we try to avoid uncertainty. We doubt lot of things that might go against our plan. So we do procrastinate. There are two types of procrastination: procrastinate to give a better start and procrastinate from the fear of failure. It is a decision problem of not knowing many things which literally leads towards failure, depression, and mental break. If you procrastinate for a better start, it is way better than quitting. You are delaying for some better reason and for the better priorities.

Procrastination isn't a time management problem

You're just scared. Procrastination is literally a voluntarily act of delay of doing something which may cause you a big loss, sometimes even bigger. It is definitely not a time management problem, it is an emotional problem. If your are emotionally distracted and delay to make decision, you procrastinate. That is why you do not manage a time towards anything that is not decided.

Your emotion becomes the biggest problem when you are un-decisive. You must need to fix your emotional behavior if you want to overcome procrastination.

Procrastination is a thinking problem

It is definitely a thinking and prioritizing problem. Most of the time it happens because of negative thinking. A lot of people believe that procrastination is a strong and mysterious force that keep them delaying. However, it is no more mysterious but prioritizing the negative thoughts in mind that helps to procrastinate.

Cancelation is a final decision

Cancelation is simply a final decision. Procrastination does not lead you towards cancelation until you decide finally stop doing something. Procrastination basically extends orders until you make a final decision. The best suggestion before deciding to stop doing is a productive procrastination. A productive procrastination involves doing beneficial things while delaying some important things for the most important things.
