Remove negativity from your life



Negativity is all around us and it appears in our mind whenever something great is about to happen or something scary about to happen. We get negative vibe if any of them appears as a threat in our personal life, in a relationship, in the environment or whatsoever. You feel extremely down, lose energy to do things and speak to people, and mostly you feel empty and lonely. You limit yourself within a circle to be selected as comfort zone and you doom yourself there and feel much safer that you give priority saying "NO" to everything and everyone. You reject to do anything that could be very effective in your life and help you to prosper and become progressive.

It can be very hard to turn "NO" to "YES" especially if we ourselves are the source of negativity. However, it is wiser to remember that it drains your energy, keeps you stuck and it is certainly not good for your self-confidence. It is always better to remove from your life and live a positive and optimistic life. I hope this article helps you to open your eyes by following the next steps to remove negativity from your life.



Stop saying "I can't do it"

Figure it out that how many times do you pronounce this phrase in a day. Think, how many times you say this to yourself and say that you can't do it. When you say this it returns to you as an echo and ring in your mind and disable your creativeness from doing things you can do and you should do. Once you pronounce this you become 80% inactive towards the task that you suppose to do and slowly you give up the rest 20% of your willingness.

It is an extremely powerful thinking to destroy your self confidence and break your energy down not to do necessary things. Remove this negative thought and pronounce this phrase, "I can do it and I will keep trying until I get expected result."


Stop saying "I don't know"

It is a kind of suicidal when you say "I don't know" even if you know the fact and just say this to avoid things that may annoy you. And just because you don't want to face new challenges and burn your energy. You stop learning, and you stop growing when you say "I don't know". If you don't know then it is good for you to learn new things but do not just close your limitless door by just saying you don't know and not becoming interested. Say instead, "I am interested in new things and I want to learn more about it"



Stop complaining

Perhaps I have mentioned this many times in my blog articles. Complaining is a biggest negative form of attitude and let you escape from disaster for a certain period of time. But hey, the journey of life is long enough than you ever could imagined. You may be escaped for a while by complaining and it may help you to relief for certain period of time, but you will suffer later for sure. Complaining is easy and comfortable and you complain a lot then you focus on negative aspects of things and keep you stuck because you are so focused on the bad instead of the good. The next time you catch yourself complaining, stop immediately. Think instead of how to solve the problem and then try fix it. You will be amazed at how a small success can breed a positive outlook on life.


Fill your life with positivity

Whenever you think you are vulnerable, can't do anything, you do not know many things as others do, fill your mind with positivity and block those destructive thoughts. Say yes all positive and good things and welcome them often in your life. Once you start with a small positive thing, later it will attract more positives and help you to grow more positivity. Minimize your toxic relationships, set a boundary with them, and find more positive people. Do not get inspired by the toxic people what they are doing with their life and surround yourself with positive people who always energize you do more good things.



Take full responsibility

You are responsible for your thoughts and actions. Taking full responsibility for your life, your thoughts, your actions is one of the biggest steps in creating a more positive life. We have unlimited potential to create our own reality, change our life by changing our thoughts and actions.

Make all positive choices for yourself and do not listen up negative people. Start with yourself and surely the rest will follow for you. Make conscious choices about what you do and who you spend your time with and be responsible of your life.
