What do you want ... ?



What do you want to be when you are grown up probably is one of the hardest questions you can ask a person or you can be asked by someone. If anybody asks you this question what would you say? Maybe it will differ by the situations, by your plan, and by the surroundings. And this is a very common question to anyone to be asked. Including that, in this article, we are going to figure out things you need to do when you go through different situations.


When you are angry

You want to scream. You want to break everything around you. You want to hit someone that you are angry with. Sometimes it is really hard to control anger as a human being and it is very difficult indeed to release the anger or holding onto. Perhaps you lose your temper, shout out loud, and do all unnecessary things that cause you later to be more unhappy. Anger is the most powerful emotion people have it and when you are angry, it is a red flag that something needs to be changed, and when you are extremely angry, something needs to be changed right now.

If you do not change anything that is causing to become you angry, perhaps that is the most dangerous moment you ever can imagine to happen. The best thing to do when you feel angry is to separate your emotion from action, identity why you are angry, delay your reaction, and distract yourself from anger.

The best advice could be given while you are angry is not to react quickly towards it and keep your head calm and cool.



When something goes wrong

Picture that you are doing something important and it went really wrong. What is your feelings now? What was your expectation? When things are going wrong, it is hard to recognize what is going right. Because of a bad thing you start screening out the good things that already happening and focus on a bad thing and it literally ruins your day, perhaps it impacts in your life super badly. It happens because of your lack of confidence, and for lack of self-control, and getting stress quickly for a simple reason.

Problems and heartaches are inevitable in life, however, you need to remember that problems and nothing else lasts forever. Stay motivated when things go wrong and stick to the present rather than worrying. Focus and think on the possible things rather than focusing on the worse case. Keep moving and take one step, and another step, even they are baby steps. Differentiate what you can change and cannot change and keep positive attitude by remaining focused on solutions, skills and strengths.



When you are happy

You are extremely happy at the moment? Then keep the moment and stay in the moment as long as you can. Do things that may bring more happiness and help you to hold the moments longer. Share the moment with people around you. You feel like dancing? Then just dance. You feel like singing, then just sing. Do things that is not harmful to others to make yourself happy but give others the same feeling you are feeling right at this moment.

Do not ruin your moment by distracting yourself from the moment with unpleasant things. Rather do things more often which will bring more happiness in your life. Take care of your body, live life mindfully, keep learning new things, and be comfortable with who you are.


When you are embarrassed

Embarrassment probably is the hardest moment you will have when you face it. Nobody likes to be embarrassed and being embarrassed is one of the unhappiest moments you will have in your life. To avoid this do things that may help you not to bring up the situation and forget the moment you were in.

Sometimes getting embarrassed is good only when you know the facts and try to understand them better. If there is something in your life that embarrasses you, you probably need to do these things. You need to understand why it's embarrassing you. After knowing the core reasons you may need to test them in real world, and open it up more and more so you won't do them often and keep you away of doing those things.

Feeling embarrassed does not mean that you are an embarrassing person. It is a feeling and a kind of signal that something unpleasant is going on.



What do you want with your life?

Perhaps, the biggest question might be asked to you. What do you want to do with your life? What is the purpose of your life and how are you going to spend the rests of your life? Do you have a proper plan for your life and executing them accordingly or waiting for the God's plan that may happen as a miracle? God may help them who help themselves. Nothing happens until you do things and it is stupid to expect good things to happen in your life without actions. If you are expecting a better life and want to become somebody rather than being a nobody you need to do these things;

  • You must leave your comfort zone and get started with what you have. Leaving your comfort zone means expanding your comfort zone and once you are used with it you become comfortable and when you are comfortable with the things that used to bother you its time to leave your comfort zone again to expand it with more discomforts. Move your ass and get started to become the person you are expecting to be.

  • Gather all related information towards your goal and make a proper process. If you do not know how to do it, learn from and expert or meet a mentor and follow his tips. Information becomes a power only when you know them how to use and make them visible and work them for you. Follow the path of success and learn how to manipulate information so they can work for you.

  • Life is short and the journey in your life might be longer than you think. Prepare yourself for a long journey whatever itinerary you are creating and stay focused. Follow the proper steps that is guided by the experts and mentors and sometimes it is vey obvious that you may take a wrong turn. But that's okay and better to take a good lesson of it and make a right turn again by overcoming the crisis in your life.
