In the daily life routine, we face a lot of things, do a lot of things, and think a lot of things basically to keep us happier and better in the future. Our present action is related to our future life. To make us happy in the future, we sacrifice a bunch of things; we do things that we don't like, engage with people that literally does not relate to us whatsoever. Eventually, most of the time, these matters impact heavily in our mental health and distract us from the focus. We happen to welcome a chaotic situation to face where there is no solution.



What is Mental Health?

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It truly affects how we think, feel, and act and helps to determine how we handle stress, relate to relevant things, and make healthy choices. It is very important at every stage of life from childhood through the adulthood.


Why is Mental Health important?

If your mental health is not sound, you cannot do anything in proper way. It will restrict you from doing things and being in good mood. So that you must take care of your mental health, because;

  • Mental health connects with productivity and financial stability

  • Mental health affects quality of life

  • Mental health plays the crucial role in relationship

What causes Mental Health?

You basically don't need thousands of reasons to cause your mental health. It depends on your situation, people you are dealing with, and things that are involved. Below are the few examples that causes mental health issue;

  • Past of present trauma

  • Sudden loss

  • A toxic relationship

  • A toxic work culture

  • Depressions

  • Eating dis-orders

  • Disruptions of sleep

  • Having feelings of loneliness and isolation

  • Use of drugs


How should you care of your Mental Health?

  • Get a professional help if you need

  • Connect with the right people

  • Stop continuing relationship with toxic people and culture

  • Stay positive

  • Help others by listening their problems

  • Get enough sleep (more than 8 hours if you need)

  • Find a kind of people and discuss common ideas and thoughts

  • Engage with entertaining instruments and play them (You don't need to be perfect)
